Mobile app analytics and advertising optimization solutions provider MobileAction has acquired the Apple Search Ads unit of the multichannel advertising platform Skai, formerly known as Kenshoo. The financial details of the agreement were not disclosed.
Founded in 2013 by Aykut Karaalioğlu in San Francisco, MobileAction provides analytics solutions to help app developers and marketers enhance their app visibility on App Store and Google Play Store, as well as optimize their user acquisition strategies.
With a database hosting over 90 million creative assets, 100,000 publishers, and more than 500,000 advertisers, MobileAction aims to expand its capabilities by joining forces with California-based Skai.
Through this acquisition, MobileAction will gain access to Skai's Apple Search Ads customer base, which includes globally recognized brands. The company plans to diversify its product offerings to assist app developers throughout the entire user acquisition and growth lifecycle.
Additionally, Skai's experienced Apple Search Ads team, including app marketing experts and customer support staff, will join MobileAction. This team will focus on providing advanced tools, in-depth analyses, and unparalleled support to optimize Apple Search Ads campaigns.
