Chinese home appliance manufacturer Dreame Technology has introduced its first smartphones. Although the company is better known for its robot vacuum cleaners, this time it has developed mobile phones for the premium segment.
According to information, the price of the new models starts at $ 999 and rises to $ 14,550 in exclusive versions. This is reported by the technology portal GizChina.
The company's flagship smartphone is equipped with a removable magnetic lens. The lens works with a 1-inch sensor and can be detached from the phone at any time and used as a separate camera. The module communicates with the phone from a distance of several meters via Wi-Fi.
The second model is intended for the luxury segment and is presented as a "jewelry". Each of these devices, made with gold inserts, is handmade by a team of more than a hundred designers.
Both smartphones work with the company's own Dreame Chixiao 01 processor. It is reported that this chip is specially designed to work with artificial intelligence functions.
The price of the standard flagship model starts at $999. The price of exclusive custom-made versions ranges from 70,000 to 100,000 yuan (approximately $10,000 to $14,550).
