Uber engineers have developed an artificial intelligence (AI) version of CEO Dara Khosrowshahi, Khosrowshahi said on Steven Bartlett’s The Diary of a CEO podcast.
According to him, some teams have created a chatbot called “Dara AI” and use it before presentations. Before the teams go to the management, they first present their slides and proposals to the AI version, testing possible questions and comments in advance.
“By the time a project reaches me, it has already been discussed and improved several times. So some teams use Dara AI to polish their preparation,” Khosrowshahi said.
The CEO added that about 90 percent of software engineers at the company already use AI tools. And about 30 percent of them are rethinking the company’s technological architecture by taking advantage of these technologies extensively.
