Within the framework of the Strategic Partnership Charter signed between Azerbaijan and the United States, cooperation will be expanded in the field of artificial intelligence and the creation of modern data centers in the country.
According to the document, the parties will work together to strengthen digital infrastructure, apply artificial intelligence technologies, and build data centers with high computing power. In particular, it is planned to implement these projects with the participation of the private sector and attract investments.
During the meeting, it was noted that the creation of new generation data centers can strengthen Azerbaijan's position as a digital hub in the region. This infrastructure will give impetus to both the expansion of digital solutions in the public sector and the development of the business and startup ecosystem.
The parties also discussed cooperation opportunities in the field of research and development (R&D), cybersecurity, and the establishment of innovation platforms in the field of artificial intelligence.
The Strategic Partnership Charter defines the institutional foundations of cooperation in the field of technology, and it is expected that specific projects will begin to be implemented in the near future.
