The “INNOSTART” Ganja Hackathon, organized by SUP.VC and the Innovation and Digital Development Agency on March 15-16, brought together young people working in the field of innovation and technology. The participants worked intensively for two days, developing and presenting technological solutions in various fields.
With the support of mentors, the teams developed their ideas, formed business models and presented them to the jury. The main criteria for the evaluation were the technical solution, market potential and applicability of the projects.
Winning teams and projects
1st place – Glamo – Easy and fast reservation platform for services.
2nd place – AgroSphere – Platform for educating and selling herbal medicines for farmers.
3rd place – BioTech – Platform for selling biotechnical plants.
Evaluation and jury
The presentations of the participating teams were evaluated by Hasil Abbasov, Elviz Ismayilov and Elkhan Shukurov. Jury members selected the winners based on the technical justification, innovativeness, market relevance, and business prospects of the projects.
Mentor support and development process
The teams developed their projects during the hackathon under the mentorship of Murad Naghiyev, Ruslan Agakishiyev, Tural Salmanov, and Sahar Gadimli. The mentors supported the participants in business development, product design, tech, marketing strategies, and improving presentations for investors.
Significance and results of the event
“INNOSTART” Ganja Hackathon became an important platform for strengthening the local innovation ecosystem, developing the technological skills of young people, and realizing startup ideas. Participants gained new knowledge, established contacts with potential partners, and formed the foundation for future projects.
Those who were unable to participate in the hackathon can join the INNOSTART Incubation programs to develop their ideas and receive investment opportunities.
