The first day of the Inmerge Innovation Summit, organized by PASHA Holding, has started on October 10, 2024, and will continue for two days. The summit’s primary goal is to contribute to the development of the innovation ecosystem in the country, create collaboration opportunities by bringing together startups and investors, and establish a platform for the exchange of ideas and experiences among all participants in the innovation ecosystem.
During the opening ceremony of the summit, now in its fourth year, speeches were delivered by Mikayil Jabbarov, Minister of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Rashad Nabiyev, Minister of Digital Development and Transport of the Republic of Azerbaijan; Jalal Gasimov, CEO of PASHA Holding; and Erdem Inan, CEO of Trendyol Group.
“As one of the major economic players in the region, we feel a responsibility to contribute to the development of those around us. For us, innovation is not just a concept; it represents progress. Through this innovation summit, we believe we are making a meaningful contribution to the development of the innovation ecosystem in the region,” said Jalal Gasimov, CEO of PASHA Holding.
It should be noted that on the first day of the event, Steve Chen, co-founder of YouTube, Linda Hill, a professor at Harvard Business School, and other fascinating speakers will deliver presentations. The second day will feature Zev Siegl, co-founder of Starbucks; Werner Vogels, Chief Technology Officer of Amazon; and Uri Levine, founder of Waze.
